With no need for food or sleep, Belial, like many of the angels, had no need for personal quarters. The only possession that he'd had for most of his existence were the clothes on his back, which he would change as they became dirty or torn.

They were largely objects themselves, so it made little sense for them to have belongings of their own.

Even now, his behaviour is hypocritical. He hadn't bothered commandeering an apartment for himself in Prismatica, spending most of his time in Lucilius' while remaining acutely aware that nothing there was his own—though he doubts that Lucilius would notice or care, as long as none of his organized chaos was disrupted.
